Q: How do I access my ebook?

A: You only have to download the ebook file once.  The ebook will be saved to your device the first time you download it.  

Many customers do not know where the book goes after it's been downloaded.  The following tutorials which show how to retrieve downloaded files on the respective device:

If you are still unable to retrieve the previously downloaded files, there may be issues with device storage space or other technical issues.  You will need to try using a different device such as a laptop or tablet to access the files. 

Q: I ordered the wrong ebook or I didn’t know that my order was an ebook, I thought it was a hard copy. Can I have a refund or exchange?

A: No. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be given for ebooks.
